KalliopeLAM is a license-activated add-on for KalliopePBX offering specific functions to facilitate operational continuity of your business, regardless of where your employees or clients are.
KalliopeLAM allows you to organize virtual meetings as if in a meeting room. Based on an open-source engine and entirely in the cloud, it is a web-based platform (click and go) with access to meetings via web browser by simply clicking on the link contained in the invitation email.

Virtual SBC Kalliope is the SBC service in the Cloud that enables smart-working on your on-premises PBX in total security.
Born as a facilitating tool for System Integrators and Service Providers to provide secure trunks for access to the PBX from the internet.
Your Teams account as a Kalliope extension
By using SBC Audiocodes, Kalliope guarantees certified integration with Teams allowing the use of switchboard functions without sacrificing the Teams user experience.
What does integration allow?
- True integration at protocol level , in the architectural scenario certified by Microsoft , thanks to our technological partnership with Audiocodes
- Kalliope extensions can call Teams users and vice versa
- When an external user calls a Kalliope extension, the extension and associated Teams account are called.
- Teams users can transfer received calls associated with a Kalliope extension to another extension with or without a request.
- If the transfer is unsuccessful, the call is redirected to the sender, with the original caller’s number and the letter R: highlighting the call’s “return.”
- The Teams user can call geographical numbers using the Kalliope lines showing the office number.
How to purchase optional Cloud Services
Services are managed in a Kalliope-owned Data Center. Available for any platform for a one-off fee.
