Kalliope Nexus is the platform that enables the transition to a true digital transformation, one in which voice becomes a measurable asset: call monitoring reveals where value is being generated or lost, and its proper analysis enables optimised resource management.

Service for automatically opening the contact card for inbound calls, with correlation between data contained in CRM, databases and other third-party platforms.

Kalliope Wall Monitor

Wall Monitor is the module that provides a global and real-time view of call and operator management within a Contact Centre.

With Kalliope Outbound you manage advanced call campaigns to reach your customers.

Kalliope Feedback

It is the module designed to collect immediate feedback, enabling a continuous improvement of support services.
