We are pleased to announce the participation of NetResults in the D.A.I.MON (Dynamic ArtificialIntelligence Monitoring) project, conceived in response to the MISE “Agreements for Innovation II counter” call for proposals issued by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, which aims to develop atraffic monitoring and analysis system based on Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on 5G stand-alone network infrastructure.

.A.I.MON. is developed inpartnership with companies and centres of excellence in Italian research, including Resi S.p.A., as project leader, IPS S.p.A and Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.

The project, with a 36-month duration, consists of a series of innovative modules and tools to ensure and optimise the proper functioning of the networks and the subsequent success of the services enabled on them.

Artificial intelligence for network monitoring.

By means of Artificial Intelligence, the solution aims to move beyond the statistical-deterministic approach currently used in network monitoring and evolve towards a hybrid holistic-predictive model.

The contribution of Kalliope, with scientific head Sergio Borghese, is related to the realisation of active components for the capture and analysis of real traffic data.

The idea is to bring together passive and active monitoring skills in order to have a unified platform with the presence of AI in order to analyse data and understand, extract, information and predict possible problems.
