Kalliope Feedback is the module designed to collect timely feedback, enabling continuous improvement of business services.
The module provides a detailed analysis of a customer’s experience, allowing them to assess the quality of service quickly and directly. With Kalliope Feedback you can analyse concrete data and identify your customers’ evaluations at a glance, so that you can take action to optimise the overall experience of your service.
Immediate evaluation, via keypad, of the call experience just completed

The report includes a graphical representation that provides an immediate visualisation of the distribution of customer ratings, followed by a table that summarises the same data in detail and offers the possibility of exporting it in XLSX format. In addition, a dedicated table shows evaluations that are deemed invalid (e.g. in the case of unsuccessful feedback releases).
The same type of report (including graphs and tables) allows the analysis of specific evaluations for each queue. In fact, when a call received by an operator comes from a specific queue and is transferred to the Feedback service, the system recognises the queue of origin and directly associates its rating.
