A corporate transaction has recently been finalised, seeing NetResults s.r.l. acquire a stake in Awhy s.r.l with the aim of improving customer service experience through artificial intelligence, creating and integrating tailor-made chatbot solutions for companies’ customer support.
This consolidates and strengthens a well-established partnership between the two companies and confirms the group’s strategic focus on facilitating the digital transformation of its customers and enhancing the human-centric orientation of its solutions.
