With the start of the new year, NetResults s.r.l. is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Nextup s.r.l., a Verona-based software house that develops and implements IT solutions for business management. The corporate transaction, finalised in December, consolidates and strengthens the long-standing partnership between the two companies and confirms the group’s strategic focus on facilitating the digital transformation of its customers.
