Thanks to the Missed Calls module, managing calls that have not been answered is user-friendly for any operator. Indeed, it will be possible to book and make callbacks to initially unserved customers through a few clicks, with methods that prevent multiple operators from calling back the same customer.
The module is designed not only for operators, but also for their administrators. Reports are reserved for monitoring how various requests are handled and pages that allow them to force close callback requests or manually assign them to specific operators.
This module's purpose is to refine the relationship between company and customer through the delivery of significantly better service.
